This Site comprises marketing material produced by Churchlands in respect of properties built or in the process of being built by Churchlands (“the named plot, property or Projects”). The Site is intended to assist prospective clients of Churchlands who may be interested in purchasing these properties. These terms and conditions relate to such marketing material and how it can be used and downloaded by the user only. The Site does not constitute an offer to enter into any form of negotiation or agreement in respect of any of the properties or Projects or any part of the same nor does it constitute a representation that any specific property or Project will remain open for acquisition for any specific period of time. Prospective clients are reminded that purchasing property is a major financial commitment.
