Who are Churchlands?

Churchlands is a well-established family-run company of some years standing, set up specifically to offer customers the personal touch – an understanding of their needs and wants, and on-going personal communication in their search for the right property for them, working together to match them with that special home from our Churchlands portfolio. We have worked with some of our customers for up to two years to manage this process but are pleased to say we’ve achieved success in the end!

Keith Potts, Managing Director, is a qualified Town Planner with many years of expertise within the planning system, in home architectural design and in land acquisition.

Sheri Potts has held senior Sales and Marketing Director positions at National and board level for a number of major UK housebuilders over the years, and has also worked on a Consultancy basis to assist many other new homes developers with their new homes sales and forthcoming projects and land acquisitions in England, Scotland and Wales.

Sheri and Keith wanted to create their own homes which they would be proud to see in years to come, without the restrictions of a large corporate structure, so that they could design and build what their customers wanted, with the best and most appropriate materials and fittings inside and out.

Are Churchlands homes covered by NHBC?

Our homes are registered with NHBC and are covered under their 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranty.

 

Are there any other Warranties?

Churchlands offer their own 2 year warranty for major defects.

Our other suppliers and contractors such as AEG and Porcelanosa for example, offer their own Warranty periods and terms, details of which can be obtained by request.

Customer Care

We offer the same personal touch to our Customer Care. After our initial meeting and handover of a comprehensive information manual at occupation, we arrange a further catch-up appointment to meet 6 months after so that you can live in your new home first, and let us know how you are getting on. In the interim, we are always on hand to assist with any information you may need or any teething problems. We can’t promise that things won’t go wrong because that is always a possibility with electrical and mechanical items but unlike a second-hand property where you are left to cope with whatever unexpected or hidden problems you may inherit, we can say we will be there every step of the way for you to help and sort out anything that needs to be dealt with.
