Here’s to a wonderful Christmas break and a very happy and prosperous 2015.
Although Christmas is a very busy time, it is also traditionally when people sit back and take stock as the New Year approaches. The break gives us more time to consider what we need and want to do, and often the number of visitors passing through our homes at this time of year makes us realise why a move may be just what we need. The recent stamp duty changes have brought renewed activity to the property market, with chains building from the lower end. A little more time than usual to browse on the internet can often help crystalise ideas into reality and make us realise that what we want may be right under our noses if we just looked.
Kitchens and bathrooms are often major areas that come under review as the pressure of Christmas emphasises what we need and the way they need to work. Living areas, space and technology for home working and maximum space and light on those cold, short days of winter all come under scrutiny as we use our homes to the full. Equally lack of use if we visit family and friends may bring home that the time has come to find a place to enjoy while we are there, with enough but not too much space, and all the cost and maintenance saving benefits of a high specification and quality new build.
With only one 5 bedroom house, Orchard Place, left, and just 2 lovely new 4 bedroom homes in their own private drive being constructed for completion in the early part of 2015, the choice of our very individual homes in this superb location at Courtlands is fast coming to a close.
Patricia will be back on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th December, if you want to shake off the festive cheer and get out and about to an alternative to the frenzy of the Sales! She will also be there after New Year on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th January 2015. She can be contacted as always on 07557 851535.
We wish you a very relaxing and happy Christmas break and a wonderful start to 2015. Make it even better by giving yourself a Churchlands home in which to enjoy the year ahead.
